We answer within 2 business days: Monday to Friday, Brasília time (UTC−3), excluding Brazilian national holidays.

What to include
- The email address you used at checkout or sign-up.
- Your transaction number, if your question is about a purchase. It starts with "HP" and is in your Hotmart access email.
- What happened, and what you would like us to do.
Please don't send card numbers or passwords by email. We never need them.
Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of purchase at https://refund.hotmart.com or by emailing support@thecopynoir.com, and you get a full refund. No questions.
By email, write "Refund request" in the subject line. Either way, you get an emailed acknowledgment. The details are in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, including the withdrawal function.
Payments and access
Hotmart runs our checkout, processes payments and delivers access, so your access email comes from Hotmart and your card statement shows a Hotmart descriptor, such as "HTM*" or "HOTMART" followed by a short name. For anything about a charge or your access, write to us first. We will sort it out with Hotmart for you.
Privacy requests
For access, correction or deletion of your data, and any other privacy question. This is also our channel for requests under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD). Write "Privacy request" in the subject line. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and answer in full within 15 days. See our Privacy Policy.
We don't take calls
We don't offer phone support. We handle every request in writing, refunds included, so you keep a record of everything we agree.
